Kyle established the Sun Valley Appraisal Company in 1996 and has been appraising in the Wood River Valley since 1991. A Certified General Appraiser, his work experience includes appraisal and consultation work on all types of residential and commercial properties in Blaine County, Idaho. Raine is a Montana transplant and has been in the Wood River Valley since 1999. After graduating from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Writing, she spent many years in business administration. Deciding to pursue a career in real estate appraisal in 2017 Raine joined Sun Valley Appraisal Company where she is currently a Certified Residential Appraiser providing residential appraisal services including new construction, vacant land, estates and condominium appraisal services.

Traci Beer joined Sun Valley Appraisal in 2011 and has been appraising in the Wood River Valley since 1991. A native Idahoan, Traci graduated from Coeur d’ Alene High School and also attended North Idaho College in Business. She became a State Certified Residential Appraiser in 1994 and has extensive experience throughout Blaine County providing residential, new construction, vacant land, and condominium appraisal services. Prior to joining Sun Valley Appraisal, Traci worked with other Blaine County appraisal firms and also gained mass appraisal experience at the Blaine County Assessor’s Office from 2008 to 2011.
